Depending on your needs, home systems can be arranged to 
guard against intrusion, fire, confrontation and panic 
situations, carbon monoxide dangers, medical emergencies, 
flooding, furnace or freezer failure - almost any danger 
condition can be detected and reported to our central 
station for action.  

 
Monitoring options include:
  

Standard Monitoring:  Through your regular phone line, 
with periodic automatic testing to assure that the system 
is connected to the central station.  

Increased Testing:  The system can be tested more often if 
desired.  

Autolog Monitoring:  Each time the system is armed or 
disarmed (turned on and off), a signal is sent to the 
central station identifying who armed or disarmed, and 
when.  You receive a monthly report.  Reports can be sent 
to you more often, if desired.  

Supervised Opening and Closing:  You can arrange to be 
notified if the system is not opened or closed as it 
should.  For instance, you can expect your child to arrive 
home by a certain time, and you will be called if no one 
has arrived home by that hour.  In another example, you 
may wish to be called if the home is not closed by a 
certain time.  Various options are available to suit your 
needs.  

Northstar Monitoring:  Wireless alarm monitoring 
technology, available in most areas.  The alarm signal is 
sent to the central station by radio if the phone line is 
out of service for any reason.
